Stop hating yourself because you’re not where you want to be.
Instead, start prioritizing the health of your nervous system.
Why?
Well, let’s use the analogy of a spaceship.
Imagine your body is a finely tuned, state-of-the-art — highly intelligent spacecraft.
Your nervous system is the central operating system of that spaceship.
You (ego) have a journey of a lifetime planned.
– Blackholes
– Galaxies
– Planets
It requires a deep understanding of how to use that central operating system.
A conscious awareness of how to navigate with precision.
Because without it, you run the risk of system failure or, even worse, a crash.
It all sounds so exciting — you’re ready to take off. ^^
Then, you realize something profound.
You (ego) have NO idea how to work the central operating system.
No one taught you.
You didn’t learn it in school/university or from your parents.
When you look around, you see system crash failures all around you.
Some people “seemingly” look successful, but when you get a closer look,
you see their spaceship falling apart inside/outside.
All of a sudden, your goal/dream(s) feel out of reach.
You feel overwhelmed/confused.
It doesn’t feel safe to journey out there into the u n k n o w n.
Sound familiar?
Stop hating yourself for this.
When you blame/judge/hate yourself — you are a victim.
(it won’t get you anywhere)
The reason you see system failures/burnout is that you haven’t learned to drive your ship by learning to operate the central operating system.
And that’s OK.
Accept yourself, BE where you’re at.
Instead, take inspired action by learning how to navigate your nervous system aka your central operating control centre.
The central nervous system controls EVERY function in your body, from how you move, think and feel to digestion and sexual energy.
When we learn how to reset, regulate and restore our nervous system // we unlock a superpower.
A superpower that allows a natural healing process to happen, giving us the health and vitality we need to take off.
The truth is, so many people don’t achieve their dreams, not because they can’t but because their bodies don’t have the capacity for it.
That spaceship is too heavy.
- Past traumas.
- Stuck energy/emotions.
- Disconnect from body/mind/heart.
How to take off?
Two steps:
- Start by learning to consciously breathe. — Our breath is the fuel (quite literally), which is why it’s called Life Force, which is directly connected to/and influences the central nervous system.
- Start by tuning into your heart. — Our heart is the central energy centre that helps us navigate from a place of intuition rather than always coming from thought/intellect.
Combining heart-focused breathing and learning to listen to the messages from our body/nervous system will help us precisely know when it’s time to move, think, slow down or pause, which is key for energy management and performance.
