Wishing you all a beautiful start to 2025!

I’m curious, what are you calling in this year — more abundance, peace & well-being?

Maybe it’s your “spark” or zone of genius.

Maybe it’s a record year or a full-body “YES” to your BIG vision.

Maybe it’s about re-aligning to your values, your “WHY.”

Whatever it is, can you fully claim it and know it’s already done?

It’s already yours.

Expansion is your birthright.

That’s the thing that so many of us are challenged with today.

We spend so much of our energy wondering…

• Am I worthy to claim my BIG dream, goal or vision?
• Am I enough to confidently take a seat at the table & speak up?
• Am I whole enough not to allow whatever is happening outside of me to dictate how I feel?

And yet, so little of our energy affirming.

• I am worthy, I claim my BIG vision, goal or vision.
• I am confident & I deserve to be here & share my unique energy.
• I am complete, and I lack nothing & everything external is here to support me in wholeness.

I realized this on a large scale this past year when I entered the world of entrepreneurship and became a full-time coach.

It’s like right as we’re on the edge of our expansion, our next level, so to speak, all of our self-limiting beliefs, fears & wounded parts rise up.

Do you ever feel like this?

Maybe it shows up as;

• A tightening in your throat before a big speech or presentation.
• A heaviness in your heart when you share how you feel with your partner or spouse.
• You feel a giant pit of fear in your stomach when a coach or mentor invites you into a space of expansion.

Yup, I’ve been there.

After working in tech sales for 10 years (trying to prove my worth) while raising a son — I hit a massive breaking point.

I knew the way I was living was unsustainable.

It was at that moment that I surrendered to my Higher Energy.

(I always knew I was destined to become a visionary leader & founder)

Then, a cascade of interesting events happened…

• Lost 70K
• Massively burnout
• Got fired (lost my identity)
• Moved into the forest in a rural area
• Started a company with less than 50k in the bank
• Invested 30K into my personal development & education
• Transformed through Breathwork & Somatic Healing (I prioritized the inner game)
• Launched a 90-day Breathwork program & hit $100K in 8 months with zero marketing budget.
• Hired a Business Energetics Coach & been steadily working on my big vision for 2025.
• Closing 30K cash months, signing dream clients & close to waitlisting.

So, what changed, you may ask?

1. I developed a masterful Breathwork practice (game-changer)
2. I surrendered & affirmed my Higher Energy

We cannot get anywhere we want to go or become who we want to be without our connection to Higher Energy.

Then, I had to choose to let my old life die.

(This is where most of you are so afraid, holding onto dear life, so to speak)

I needed to repattern my beliefs & release suppressed emotions.

I knew I needed to forgive my past, embrace all my parts & accept what is.

So I could expand again, this time on my own terms.

No longer playing it safe.

No longer pleasing others & dulling my light.

No longer telling myself I wasn’t allowed to be the most authentic version of myself.

So I turn it back to you.

Ask yourself:

1. Where am I stuck or afraid?
2. Who am I? WHO am I, really? (beyond titles)
3. Whom would I become if I breathed beyond those fears or self-limiting beliefs?
4. If I choose to be enough, whole, and affirm my Higher Energy, where do I see myself in 1-3 years?
