Well, first off.
Breath is the foundation.
Most of us have built our foundation on unstable ground for most of our lives.
This leads many to feel shakable.
Especially within our relationship to the unknown.
Which is where stress/anxiety breeds.
However, it wasn’t always like that.
We learned to take our first breaths from the moment we were born.
It was autonomic.
We felt safe, secure and at ease.
Then something happened.
There was a single experience where we didn’t feel that safe.
Where our authentic need for expression was not met.
Perhaps in the presence of a parent, classmate, family member or teacher.
In an attempt to adapt, we developed protective mechanisms to ensure survival.
We call this survival of the fittest.
It goes back to our earliest ancestors.
However, in our modern world, it doesn’t necessarily serve us.
In fact, it’s working against us.
This leads many to build a shakable foundation in an energy or attempt at survival.
While this may look/feel different for each person, making these distinctions is critical to our success.
(especially long-term)
Here are some examples of where/how this survival energy can show up;

Now, please know that these are surface-level manifestations.
To a much deeper-rooted problem.
That problem is connected to a program programming you to live in survival.
Which keeps your body and mind in a hyper-state of vigilance.
Leading to mass depletion of energy.
So what we’re seeing today is an energy crisis.
A loss of vitality and #HigherEnergy.
This results in a loss of creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
(Which is very much needed where we’re heading)
