Hello Linkedin Fam,
When I started exploring the depths of breathwork four and a half years ago, I began learning about the power of coherence.
Coherence in the scientific world represents all systems in order.
When we look at nature, we see coherence everywhere.
There’s a natural flow of seasons, cycles and patterns.
Walking into a forest or onto a beach, there’s an immediate sense of calm.
We can think of it as being in sync.
So, let’s take that concept in for a moment and reflect upon our daily lives, whether we’re observing our reality or the co-created reality of our colleagues, family members, or even the people at the grocery store. We realize that most people are incoherent, completely out of sync and disconnected from their Higher Energy.
Given that we are, in fact, a part of the natural order, it begs us to question.
WHY?
Well, it’s complicated.
Right?
We’re complex beings.
However, being complex and creating complications in the natural order of all creation are two different things…
Let me give you an example: A lion on a beautiful sunny day spots a gazelle and, within a few minutes, attempts to attack. The gazelle immediately goes into mobilization (stress response), outruns the lion, and, when returned to safety, returns to its natural state, represented by the natural order, aka coherence.
What we’re witnessing today in ourselves and the world around us is that of a gazelle who is stuck in mobilization, creating a state of being that there is a lion (when, in fact, there isn’t one) and choosing not to return to the natural state of calm.
In other words, we have lost our natural ability to be cool, calm and coherent.
So what now?
Well, the answer is simple, and it always has been.
The secret to the sauce is being complex and choosing to keep things simple. We regulate stress and anxiety to maintain our natural order.
HOW?
Breathwork.
I know, I know. It’s the thing right under your nose that you’ve been doing unconsciously for your entire life to keep you alive.
When we deliberately and consciously breathe, we harness the power of coherence because we naturally release stress and anxiety and direct our bodies and minds to come back into balance.
It’s a beautiful, intelligently designed process.
And if we master our breath, we can master stress, and thus, we can master life.
Here are three steps to harness the power of breath and create balance in your life.
- Start breathing deliberately and consciously each day for at least fifteen minutes morning and afternoon. (Quick Tip: Keep your eyes open and stay present.)
- Ensure each breath is balanced, inhale for three exhale for three.
- Notice when you are holding your breath throughout the day and choose to take breaks between calls or meetings to breathe.
Remember, we did not choose to come here to live and die in stress or worry.
We came here to THRIVE and unlock WHOLE-human potential.

Here’s a recent testimonial from Tanveer Mostafa
When I signed up for breathwork coaching with Kindra, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
At the time, I was dealing with an unhealthy amount of self-sabotage, stress, and anxiety. These problems were negatively impacting me both physically and mentally. After speaking with therapists and doctors, neither of which helped me…I decided to give Kindra’s program a shot.
It has been one of the most transformative experiences of my entire life. From the start, I could feel Kindra’s genuine care and kindness shine through. She creates a safe space to share, be vulnerable, and practice the breathwork—entirely free of judgment.
I thought this program might, at best, help me deal with stress a bit better. Instead, it ended up helping me completely detach from my sales results (which ironically helped me close more deals), feel much more present and connected in my marriage, and, most importantly, feel fully at peace with myself, exactly how I am. Now, I practice the breathwork practically every day.
Kindra, thank you for being you and providing your gifts to the world. This has been truly life-changing for me.
In the meantime, keep breathing, beautiful humans!
Blessings,
