Unresolved trauma from my childhood left me feeling stuck. After various failed attempts with medication and talk therapy, I discovered Neo Emotional Release Therapy.

Breathwork is an active somatic practice that utilizes breath manipulation (usually mouth breathing) to reset the nervous system and refocus the mind. NER utilizes breath techniques such as slow nose-to-mouth breathing; however, it focuses on identifying blockages through precise touch, body + energy work, vocal guidance and psycho-somatic therapy to unleash repressed emotions through gentle yet powerful cathartic releases that support healing at the deepest level.
In-person sessions offers the opportunity to benefit from the healing power of touch + body work, while virtual sessions promote self-touch techniques. Both options utilize the NER framework and offer clients powerful transformations from the inside out.
In my experience, each client is unique, and clients usually experience an immediate shift in their overall state of being during and after the session, which is significantly noticeable in the eyes, posture and overall energetic field. With continued practice and overall safety, clients tend to go deeper, with each session having profound breakthroughs that keep on breathing life back into their lives, rippling into days weeks and months after the sessions.
The best way to decide how many sessions are right for you is to book a session, and we can explore your current baseline. Less is more. I tend to suggest clients start with the preferred package of either three or six to help them adopt these tools so they may learn to self-heal. Each session is curated with a powerful intention, so at times, clients prefer to go deeper. Follow your intuition it knows best.
First and foremost, I always like to draw potential clients to the idea that you are the inner healer. Your body is intelligent and I am simply a guide/a mentor assisting you back to yourself. Emotional release isn’t about a destination or outcome. It’s simply about honouring where you are at, allowing and welcoming the current state. There is no timeline on how releases can happen. Sometimes, clients can have the most gentle, soft releases, whereas some have deep, intense, cathartic ones — it depends on the level of safety and support felt in a session. I have come to realize that these releases happen when the body is finally ready to let go, often when we’ve properly created a solid foundation of breath and logging in.
